I don’t ever post any comments about anything because I’m often too busy, but I had to post regarding my visit today. First of all the receptionists are always professional, polite, and pleasant even with my attitude some days. Payment instructions are always explained and understood perfectly. They greet you with a joyful smile, even if someone else is standing at their computer. Secondly, the ladies who does X-rays are always careful and caring, constantly asking if you’re ok each time you have to position for a new picture shot. They also don’t get offended and gladly changes their gloves if you ask because they are touching the computer, opening drawers, and pushing buttons. This is my own OCD issue because they are cautious and clean. Lastly, Dr. Patel has always been professional, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable. She’s a genuine caring person who is concern and care about her patients. I’ve had this experience with her since she’s been my dentist for the last 5 years. She’s also nice to her staff. The hygienist bares the same attitude as Dr. Patel, which tells me she’s a good leader. The hygienists are polite, always asking throughout your cleaning if you’re ok, making sure you’re comfortable. There is never a long wait and the equipment is always clean. I don’t have any major issues with my teeth and haven’t for the past 5 years because their care has encouraged better teeth hygiene. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because, I’m not really liking the new office, again that’s on me and my OCD. The chair alignment, space and having my back facing the doors creeps me out. I was just use to the old office and probably showing resistance to change.
